Hide Ur Wires
A local trade business that needed to look the part
Production site for a professional TV installation and home theatre company in Columbia, SC.

The problem
Home theatre installation is a trust purchase — someone is letting a stranger drill through their walls. The buying decision happens on the phone, and the site's job is to get a homeowner confident enough to make that call. It has to load fast on a phone, be legible to an audience that is not shopping on specifications, and make the service area obvious.
The approach
Local trade sites are usually judged in under ten seconds on a phone, often outdoors, often on a bad connection. So the build optimises for the first screen above everything else: what the service is, where it is offered, and how to start a call. Static generation keeps it fast without a CMS to maintain, because the content changes a few times a year and a database would be overhead the business would end up paying for in support requests rather than value.
What we built
- Service pages written for homeowners rather than installers
- Clear service-area and contact routing, since the work is geographically bound
- Mobile-first layout — most local trade searches happen on a phone
- Fast static delivery on Next.js
