Member, Volunteer & Donor Portals

The public site is the easy half. The hard half is what happens after someone joins: matching them to a mentor, routing their enquiry to a volunteer who can answer, tracking a case through to resolution. That coordination is usually happening in a group chat and a spreadsheet, and it stops scaling well before anyone admits it.

    Who this is for

    • Organisations matching people to people — mentors, volunteers, caseworkers
    • Teams coordinating a volunteer response to inbound enquiries
    • Membership organisations with resources behind a login
    • Anyone whose intake process currently lives in a shared inbox

    What it includes

    Matching and mentorship

Connecting new members with people further along the same path, with the state to track it.

    Intake that sets expectations

A structured front door that tells someone what happens next, before they commit.

    Volunteer routing

Enquiries reach a specific responder rather than a channel everyone assumes someone else is watching.

    Member-only resources

Libraries, guides and community areas behind a login, with access you control.

    Platforms we've shipped

Not a capability list — these are live, and you can visit them.

    Common questions

Can you migrate what we already have?

Usually. Most of these projects start with data spread across spreadsheets, form tools and inboxes. Consolidating that is part of the work, not a prerequisite for starting.

How do you handle sensitive member data?

By collecting as little as the process genuinely needs, keeping access scoped, and treating privacy as a design constraint. Several of these platforms serve people in crisis, where a leak is not an inconvenience.

If a smaller off-the-shelf tool would serve you better, I'll say so.
